Marriage is a relationship where two people in love with each other pledge to share their lives together and become as one.
This type of relationship is the highest, most important, and most enduring of all human ties.
In marriage, a man and a woman become one. They are bonded together in a union that embraces the whole personality.
No one promises that marriage will be easy or that everything will always go smoothly in the marriage relationship. However, a couple who has a deep love and commitment to each other can work through the hard times that do come if they have a loving, forgiving and open spirit when troubles threaten.
